Terms and Conditions
Workshops
All workshop ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Credit will not be offered and we are unable to make exchanges to other workshops / products.
If you can't make it you're more than welcome to send a friend along in your place. Please contact us at hello@winterwares.com.au if you want to transfer your ticket to someone else.
Workshops are taught by either Simone or Ana. In the unlikely case that a workshop must be postponed by Winterwares, participants will be re-accommodated, not refunded. In the rare instance that Winterwares cancels a workshop, a full refund will be provided.
In extreme circumstances – and with adequate notice – we may be able to re-accommodate or offer a credit voucher for the value of your purchase. Examples of extreme circumstances may include a COVID-19 infection or requirement to isolate.
Credit vouchers are generated at the discretion of Winterwares and valid for 12 months from date of creation.
Part and parcel of making ceramics is the understanding that sometimes pieces won't survive the process. It doesn't happen very often but if one of your pieces breaks you can come back to Winterwares to remake it on a day that Simone is in the store or we can replace it with a piece of similar size from our range.
Products
Return/exchange of items will be accepted provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Alternatively a credit note can be arranged, valid for six months from the date of purchase.
Please contact hello@winterwares.com.au within seven days of purchase notifying us of your intention to return/exchange the item. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from date of delivery. Return postage will be at the customers expense. No returns on sale/sample items.
Please note that at Winterwares no two items are made exactly the same, each item is handmade and may differ very slightly to the images and measurements online. Due to the handmade process, some variation in shape, glaze hue and size may occur from order to order. Every vessel is unique, featuring different curves and characteristics from the making and firing process. These irregularities in the finish are part of the character of the pieces and to be embraced as part of the aesthetic of handmade.
