Immerse yourself in the art of pottery, in our calm and hospitable studio, and Make a Mug or a Soup Bowl, whatever suits your lifestyle or the season.
This workshop is designed for beginners, and can also be fun for those with some experience. From the moment you step into the studio, you'll be guided step-by-step by an experienced ceramicists to hand build a vessel that is both beautiful and functional.
Winterwares workshops are more than learning a new skill; they're about slowing down, embracing the moment, and finding the inevitable joy of creating with clay. It's an experience to be enjoyed just for you, or with a friend, over a pot of organic tea and homemade treats.
After you have have made your piece, our ceramicists will take special care of the firing and glazing. The end result is beautiful.
A mug or a bowl, handmade by you, makes everything taste better.
At our studio & store in the West End of Fremantle, at 34 Henry Street.
This workshop runs for 2 hours.
All tools, materials and light morning tea will be provided. Glazing and firing are included and will be completed by the Winterwares team after the workshop. You will be able to collect your finished pieces about a month after the workshop.
Absolutely! The workshops are completely guided with a gentle pace. No experience necessary.
As a small business, we're unable to absorb the expenses associated with rescheduling workshop spots. Therefore, all workshop ticket sales are considered final and non-refundable. Credit will not be offered and we are unable to make exchanges to other workshops or products. If you can't make it you're more than welcome to send a friend along in your place. Please contact us if you want to transfer your ticket to someone else.
