Shipping Australia-wide & internationally

We ship our handmade ceramics Australia-wide and internationally, and pick-up is available from our store in Fremantle, Western Australia.

Shipping of your items will be calculated at checkout.

Please get in touch for a quote on international delivery.

Pick up available in store

If you choose pick-up at checkout, we will notify you when the item is ready to collect from our store at 1/34 Henry Street, Fremantle, Western Australia. Opening hours may change seasonally.

Dispatch and delivery times

Items available in the online store are dispatched within three working days, estimated delivery time is one week to 10 days.

Made to order 

If your item is not currently available in store, we will make to order as all our ceramic products are handmade in our studio in Fremantle, Western Australia. We estimate it will take three to four weeks to hand craft, glaze and twice kiln fire your chosen pieces, before shipping and pick-up.

What if my products are damaged upon arrival?

We put a lot of care into packing your ceramics so they arrive to you safely. If anything in your order arrives damaged, send us a photo of the damaged goods to hello@winterwares.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace your order.
