Care Guide
Ceramics
Yes! They’re dishwasher safe, microwave and oven proof. They don’t like extreme temperature changes, so please don’t take them straight from the oven onto a cool surface.
Over time, a patina can develop on the surface of your pieces from cutlery marks. These marks aren’t permanent and can be removed with a cream cleaner (I use and recommend Bar Keepers Friend).
Candles
Burn the candle within sight. Keep away from drafts and vibrations. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
Trim wick to ¼ inch before lighting. Keep the candle free of foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Don’t burn the candle for more than four hours at a time.
The wax will come out easily if it’s frozen, pop your candle vessel in the freezer for a couple of hours and it will come out easily. Then wash with hot soapy water. Our ceramic candle vessels are refillable and repurposable. Get in touch if you’d like to have your candle refilled, refills cost $30. Or use it to hold pens, makeup brushes, kitchen utensils or a little bunch of flowers.
