You get 10kg of clay to start with, access to all necessary pottery equipment, and our exclusive firing service. Members also gain access to our growing library of video tutorials and inspirational books.

Studio hours must be booked online before you come in.
The studio access hours are;

  • Monday 10am to 4pm
  • Tuesday 10am to 8pm
  • Wednesday 10am to 4pm
  • Thursday 10am to 8pm
  • Friday 10am to 4pm
  • Saturday 10am to 4pm
  • Sunday 10am to 4pm

We think 2 hours is the perfect time for clay making. You don't have to stay for your whole session. Please be aware that your 2 hour session includes packing up and cleaning your workspace, allow at least 15 minutes for this. A 2 hour session is one of your 6 sessions, whether you stay the whole time or not.

You can book one of our workshops guided by our expert ceramicists. These are a great opportunity to learn basic techniques and get comfortable in the studio environment.

Firing services are offered exclusively to our members at a small additional cost, which varies based on the size and quantity of the pieces you wish to fire. This fee covers the operational costs of the kiln and ensures your creations are beautifully completed.

Our studio sessions are self-guided, allowing you the freedom to explore and create at your own pace. However, our library of video tutorials and books is readily available to provide you with guidance and inspiration. There will always be a member of Winterwares team close by if you aren't sure of something.

Memberships can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle from the membership hub. We value transparency and ease of use, so we make the process straightforward.

Once you have purchased the membership you will be sent a welcome email with the next steps. You will receive a unique code to enter in the membership hub. This allows you to choose the times that best fit your schedule, ensuring you make the most of your membership.

We understand that plans can change. If you cannot attend a session you've booked, we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, allowing other members to use the available space. Missed sessions are forfeited.

You have 12 hours of pottery per month, that is 6 x 2 hour sessions. You can book them in to suit your schedule, as many sessions (that you have available to use) as you like per week. If you'd like a longer session you can book back-to-back time slots and have 4 hours of making in one go.

Bookings are on a first come first served basis, you can book all your session in advance for the month or book them as little as a day in advance. You have the flexibilty to reschedule your bookings.
